Demonstrates knowledge of meat department operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation; cut, wrap, trim meat per standards; maintain quality;

Uses handheld technology to drive sales and make immediate production/quality decisions with the member in mind;

Maintain work area per company policies, ensure proper packaging and storage, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions;
