What You’ll Do (Entry-Level):

  • Act as a brand ambassador for AT&T. Providing full product and service representation.
  • Engage with customers daily to help them find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Stay current on AT&T promotions, plans, and pricing.
  • Build strong customer relationships focused on trust and retention.
  • Participate in ongoing professional and personal development.

Leadership Track

We're actively developing future leaders. Top performers will train to eventually manage a team of 10–15 sales representatives , with responsibilities including:

  • Coaching, training, and motivating team members.
  • Driving sales performance while ensuring top-tier customer experience.
  • Helping create and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
  • Conducting performance reviews and development plans.

What We Look For:

  • Sports-minded, competitive, or goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, personable approach with customers.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and sense of humor.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience (preferred, not required).
