The Fleet Sales Administrator will support our sales team by managing data, reporting, account maintenance, and coordination of fleet related initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring accurate reporting, organized account management, and smooth execution of fleet sales operations, marketing support, and special projects. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, data savvy, and comfortable working across departments in a fast paced environment.
DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting
- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly fleet sales reports
- Track sales performance, customer metrics, and key fleet KPIs
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
- Maintain and update fleet customer accounts and records
- Support account setup, changes, and ongoing maintenance
- Act as an administrative liaison between fleet customers and internal teams
- Manage mapping of fleet accounts, territories, and sales data
- Ensure accurate alignment of accounts to sales representatives and regions
- Utilize internal systems and data tools effectively
- Support updates and content related to fleet offerings on the marketing website
- Coordinate with marketing teams on fleet-related materials and promotions
- Prepare materials, reports, and presentations for fleet meetings
- Assist with coordination and logistics for internal and external fleet meetings
- Possible travel to fleet shows, trade events, or customer meetings
- Assist with ad hoc projects supporting fleet sales initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams as needed
- Knowledge of fleet sales operations, sales administration, and account management practices
- Familiarity with automotive, manufacturing, or motor parts environments preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems, data access tools, and internal reporting platforms preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support special projects
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to travel occasionally for fleet shows or industry events
- Travel as needed (up to 20%) for fleet shows or industry events.
- Previous experience in sales administration, fleet sales, automotive, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Data access and data management experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Bachelors (required)
