Account Manager – Full Time, In Office

After 15 years of continued growth and successfully serving the Twin Cities Metro/Eagan Community, we are looking to add to our outstanding team. We are looking for a driven, competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long‑lasting customer relationships. Candidates must have a strong sense of teamwork, deadline motivation, and belief in making a difference for our customers.

This position is great for those looking to establish themselves in the field of insurance and financial services.

Candidate will connect, market, and differentiate insurance plan options that match the needs of prospective customers’ portfolios with the goal of building strong positive relationships and differentiating our agency from others to ensure company growth and increase our agency’s reputation.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources.
  • Evaluate new business or individual customers’ needs and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
  • Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.
Skills &

Qualifications:
  • Gain knowledge of and be comfortable with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.)
  • Proven ability to work with goals and multi‑task.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and provide top‑notch customer service.
  • Experience in delivering customer‑focused solutions and creating long‑lasting relationships.
  • Dynamic, articulate, and well‑spoken.
  • Driven, tenacious and energized by new challenges.
  • Possesses the ability and has the motivation to learn new things quickly.
