Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide exceptional support to customers and retail partners throughout both pre‑sale and post‑sale interactions, with a strong focus on post‑sales service and case management.

• Provide support for partner product questions, pricing, quotes, and orders.
• Assist homeowners in navigating product options, service needs, and warranty support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and keep processes moving.
• Manage high‑volume post‑sale inquiries and service cases, primarily via phone.
• Utilize Salesforce/CRM to track cases and document interactions.
• Collaborate across teams for rapid issue resolution.
• Deliver clear updates, consistently follow‑up, and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution‑first mindset.
• Track key service metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.

• 3+ years of customer service experience with a passion for helping people.
• Construction or building products knowledge helpful, but not necessary.
• Ability to read architectural drawings (or willingness to learn).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A customer‑first mindset with urgency and problem‑solving ability.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a metrics‑driven environment.

$24‑$26 per hour, pay based on experience.
