We are currently recruiting an entry-level Logistics & Sales Coordinator to support customer relationships, shipment coordination, and day‑to‑day operations within a growing logistics environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem‑solving, building relationships, and working in a fast‑paced setting where no two days look exactly the same.
In this position, you will help coordinate freight movement, communicate with customers and transportation partners, and support the overall logistics process from start to finish. WhatYou Will Be Doing as a Logistics and Sales Coordinator:
- Coordinate shipments and track freight to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, carriers, and transportation partners.
- Communicate shipment updates and proactively address delays or service concerns.
- Support customer requests related to shipping, scheduling, and order management.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships and improve service levels.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and customer interactions within internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Assist with documentation, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
