Client Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Make and receive inbound and outbound phone calls and emails to convert prospective clients into scheduled services
• Confidently educate prospective clients on treatment options, program structure, pricing, and fit
• Convert prospective therapy clients into ICC clients when clinically appropriate
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, conversion targets, and other defined KPIs
• Track and monitor ICC sales performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
• Schedule intake appointments for new clients and complete all required data entry and intake documentation accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the business development team to track and manage referrals and support growth of the ICC program
• Assist in developing and maintaining referral source strategies
• Support marketing initiatives by helping update, maintain, and create content and campaigns across platforms

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales, healthcare administration, or a related field required
• Additional coursework or certifications in sales, marketing, digital marketing, or business development preferred
• 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field required
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and community engagement
• Experience with the mental health care industry is a plus but not required.
