Salesforce Functional Consultant/ETM Implementation Specialist

Looking for a strong Sales Cloud techno‑functional consultant who can independently handle business conversations and coordinate with the technical team. We need deep expertise in ETM who can perform a customer‑facing role and lead technical implementation efforts within ETM.

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management (ETM), including modeling hierarchies, setting up territory rules, managing account assignments, and user assignments.
• Translate complex sales territory, quota, and sales planning requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops to define territory boundaries, sales roles, and data security models across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Configure and automate territory structures and data migration using Flow, Validation Rules, and Data Loader.
• Integrate ETM with Varicent to synchronize territory changes with quota and compensation plans (optional but preferred).
• Deliver UAT, training, and documentation to support transition to new territory models.

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, ideally in a consultancy/partner environment.
• Proven experience leading Enterprise Territory Management projects.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud best practices and sales operations.
• Varicent/SPM experience highly beneficial.
• Strong technical/functional skills in Sales Cloud and ETM.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

$100,000 - $120,000 per year.
