National Account Rep

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/year

Reports to the Customer Experience Manager. The majority of the work week will be prospecting, soliciting and growing your current and future account base

• Actively grow your accounts, and new accounts to work towards 20 loads a day at 15%
• Focusing on target market customers
• Calling new customers daily to solicit freight and check on available lanes to quote
• Build professional relationships with new and existing customers
• Work closely with team members, logistics team, and dispatch to communicate customer’s expectations to involved team members.
• Resolve customer concerns, develop solutions, and make recommendations to operations and management
• Ensure all new Customers meet company credit standards.
• Submit activity and results reports
• Must be able to conduct sales presentations to individuals as well as groups
• Must be a self-accountable individual driven to deliver results

• 3-5 years of prior customer focused Truckload and/or Brokerage sales experience with a proven record of establishing relationships with customers.
• An understanding of the Third-Party Logistics industry and know how to successfully perform day-to-day brokerage operations in addition to having the ability to increase sales.
• Candidates should also have high levels of initiative, creativity and capability of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
