Taylor & Martin Auctioneers, the auction company dedicated exclusively to the tractor/trailer market, has an opening for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE position in Minnesota.
Sales experience and knowledge of over-the-road tractor and trailer equipment is preferred:
- MUST LIVE IN MINNESOTA
- Travel throughout your assigned territory
- Unlimited commission potential
- Full benefits package
- Salary, Sales Commission, Car Allowance, Annual Performance Bonus
- Home office equipment provided
- This role has a year 1 salary of $75,000 plus commission, car allowance, new customer bonus, and annual bonus based on production.
- Establish and manage sales accounts relationships in assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new customer acquisition
- Conduct cold-calls for potential leads
- Communicate with established leads within territory and develop rapport
- Experience in related field is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas
- Willingness to travel in territory which includes Ohio.
