Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and entry and exit documentation at a logistics and distribution location;
Monitor access points, gates, loading areas, and/or designated reception posts to deter unauthorized entry and support policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, trailer yards, parking areas, and/or loading dock zones;
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation related to visitor activity, deliveries, key control, and other access control functions
