OverviewAs a Security Officer Foot Patrol in Eagan, MN
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as transportation. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will support daily operations with a caring, reliable approach, working as part of a team that values agility, innovation, and integrity.
Saturday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM, Sunday 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
What You'll Do- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, access points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe daily operations, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance issues.
- Assist with crowd management, traffic flow, and directional support during peak travel periods, delays, and/or service disruptions while following post orders and client‑specific expectations.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
