Retail Security Supervisor

Andy Frain Services -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise Security Officers and Shift Leads to ensure compliance with post orders and safety standards;
Coordinate with client sites and Operations Manager to maintain security coverage and incident reporting;
Train and mentor security staff; participate in counseling and disciplinary actions as needed;
Maintain records, logs, and reports; monitor life safety and CCTV systems; respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities;
Communicate regularly with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service
