This is a full-time on-site role for a Beverage Service Technician or Sr. Beverage Service Technician based in Eagan, MN. The role includes installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial beverage equipment at client locations. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely service. Team members are expected to maintain high safety and quality standards in all aspects of their work.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair with hands‑on experience in servicing technical equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Experience in Field Service operations, including traveling to client locations and working in diverse environments
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure positive client interactions and satisfaction
• Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
