Manufacturing Controls Technician (Solventum)
As a Manufacturing Controls Technician, you will work closely with engineering and production personnel to maintain and improve plant equipment, utilities, and processes. Your responsibilities will include preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of equipment and providing technical recommendations for optimization.
Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as AC/DC drives, motors, PLCs, process controllers, stepper & servo motors, fire protection, hydraulic, pneumatic devices, and plant support equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, vendor drawings, and manuals to execute maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering and production staff during troubleshooting, modification, fabrication, and repair of plant equipment, utilities, and processes.
- Provide technical recommendations for improvement and optimization of plant equipment, utilities, and processes.
- Communicate clearly in both verbal and written English.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified before start) and at least two (2) years of experience in Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, or Robotics; OR
- High School Diploma/GED (completed before start) and at least six (6) years of experience in Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, or Robotics.

Experience working with electrical equipment and industrial maintenance. - Preferred:
Troubleshooting and problem‑solving experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Compensation range: $64,800 – $89,100 annual base plus variable incentive pay (if eligible).
