Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

• Pay Rate Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00/salary

• Schedule:
  
  1st Shift, M-F, 8am-5pm (OT optional). On call every 6 weeks. The employee will need to be available for after‑hour emergencies from Monday through the following Monday every six weeks. They will be called on their company cell phone.

• Willingness to advance within the field (continuing education and certification opportunities available).
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate with residents, co‑workers, and management.
• Three years’ working experience in residential property management maintenance.
• Regular, on‑time attendance.
• Valid and Current Driver's License and Proof of insurance.
• CPO - Certified Pool Operator (Preferred).
• Boiler license (Preferred).

• Responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property.
• Work with the maintenance team and management to ensure the quality of work meets the standards set by the owner.
• Perform tasks associated with electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
• Pool maintenance and testing may be applicable.
• Make units ready for new move‑ins.
