The Rowan, CIP Communities' luxury 172-unit apartment community in Minnesota, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep residents' spaces safe and comfortable. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and preventive maintenance, plus snow removal and on-call duties.
We value dependable, on-call team players with a valid driver's license and 1–3 years of related experience. Competitive hourly pay starting at $27, plus benefits and rental discounts for full-time staff.
