This is a full-time, on-site role located in Eagan, MN, for a Beverage Service Technician/Sr. Beverage Service Technician. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial beverage systems and equipment. Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering high-quality field service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional interactions and reliable service delivery.

• Skilled in Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair to ensure the proper operation of commercial beverage equipment.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Strong Customer Service skills to interact professionally, build rapport, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools necessary for equipment repair.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for on-site service calls.
