What You’ll Do:

As the Assistant Personal Training Manager, you will support the Personal Training Manager in leading the team, with a focus on staff development, training, client generation, and scheduling. You will also maintain a personal training client roster. Additionally, you’ll ensure accurate administration of all personal training services, including client programming, progress tracking, and the management of the dotFIT program and supplement sales___________________________________________________________________________________________What Success Looks Like:

Supports a high-performing personal training team through our coaching cycle and ongoing education to build engagement and professional growth

Consistently meets club goals by driving new client acquisition, client retention, supplement recommendations, and personal training sales through the Crunch One Kickoff experience and team coaching

Upholds high standards in all personal training services, including client records, dotFIT programming, progress tracking, and supplement sales, while providing consistent, high-quality team & member support___________________________________________________________________________________________
