Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Diesel Technician B to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment at our facility shop in Eagan, MN.
Shift: Full‑Time, 2nd Shift – Tuesday to Friday 4:10 PM to 12:00 PM, 10:30 PM; OFF Saturday–Monday.
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour shift differential.
CDL Incentive Pay: $1.00 per hour with an active CDL A or B license.

- Accurately inspect, repair, and complete routine preventative maintenance of fleet equipment, including standard component inspections and repairs.
- Complete necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance while maintaining accurate records in the online Asset Works system.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations, including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, ensuring compliance with safety programs, proper selection and use of tools, PPE, machine guarding, and best safety practices.
- Maintain a current driver qualification file for operating company vehicles, including an annual MVR check, completed DOT physical, and safety performance history. CDL holders must complete a DOT drug screening within 30 days of start and undergo an FMSCA Clearinghouse review.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Must possess own tools.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and/or pull weights over 50 pounds, and occasionally over 100 pounds.
Education and Experience
- Technical school certification.
