Logistics Transportation Specialist

Expeditors - 580 Opperman Drive - Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers and to ensure a compliant and complete shipment process in a timely manner, documenting customer needs for future use, and maintaining an excellent working relationship with your customers.;
Operational Excellence:
You will take ownership of understanding and complying with Expeditors internal process standards, to complete timely, accurate and compliant documentation, customer billings and system updates accordingly.;
Service Provider Relationships:
As a Transportation Agent you will build strong partnerships with multiple Service Providers ensuring your clients is serviced to a high level, you will ensure accurate and timely invoicing for your service providers.;
Track and Trace truck transportation shipments and reporting;
Coordinate truck deliveries across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota
