Job Description

Chanhassen Part Time Evening Clinic & Bank Cleaner (Vehicle & Valid Driver's License Required). Address Eagan, MN, USA. Compensation $17.50/hour.

Hours per week: 16 hours.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle, as this role involves traveling between two locations less than 10 minutes apart.

This cleaning position has very strict sanitation policies and requires a lot of fast-paced moving, bending, stooping, and reaching. This is a hard labor job that is physically demanding. The cleaner must be prepared to see or clean up human fluids.

In addition to cleaning duties, these banks require an extensive background check that can take up to 1–3 weeks. The cleaner will need to be comfortable disarming and arming an alarm. Training will be provided during the first week.

• Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable driving in winter conditions
• THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
• Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Willing to consent to a background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic English proficiency required for safety

As a condition of employment for this position, you are required to become a member of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 26. Union membership and dues authorization must be completed upon hire. The terms and conditions of your employment are governed by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Compensation and benefits for this role are negotiated between SEIU Local 26 and the Company.
