Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete weekly invoice recaps
- Uploading documents into various portals
- Send out completed invoices
- Process payable invoices booking
- Process daily check requests
- Monitorbranch training reports
- Data Entry
- Monitor branch EDE report
- Answer incoming calls
- Sort incoming mail
- Accounting knowledge
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
- Likes to work in a team environment
- Pro‑active approach, strong organizational skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
