CDL B Local Route Driver

Join our Operations team as a motivated CDL B Local Route Driver. In this role, you will safely operate a commercial vehicle and deliver exceptional customer service while managing your assigned local route.

• Operate and maintain company CDL vehicles safely and efficiently to perform scheduled pickups and deliveries, ensuring all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Iron Mountain safety regulations are followed.
• Manage the end-to-end route logistics, including the secure loading, transport, and unloading of materials without assistance, while completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and most importantly, clients, to address service needs and represent the Iron Mountain brand with strong customer service and professional conduct.

• 1-2 years of experience in route transportation or a similar field.
• 10+ Stops per day
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to all local, state, and federal transport regulations (including DOT).
• Proven ability in customer service and verbal communication, as well as the physical ability to carry, lift, and maneuver materials as required by the role.
• A valid Class A/B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a clean driving record.

• Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience; $60.00 per day food per diem.
• Schedule: 4 overnights (Monday
  - Thursday).
• Hours: Monday
  - Friday, 7:00 am - completion.
• Location: 950 Apollo Rd Eagan MN.

Reasonably expected salary range: $51,400.00 - $64,200.00
