** Job Description Summary
** The Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing all incoming shipments. This role ensures that materials and products are efficiently unloaded, verified against purchase orders, and prepared for storage or distribution, maintaining organized and accurate inventory records.

**** Role & Responsibilities
*** Unloading Shipments:
Safely and efficiently unload incoming trucks and containers, using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.
* Receiving and Verification:
Accurately receive and count incoming goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation and update in Remarcable.
* Inspection and Quality Control:
Inspect received items for damage, discrepancies, or defects, and report any issues immediately.
* Documentation:
Complete all necessary receiving paperwork, including logging receipts, noting discrepancies, and updating inventory systems.
* Labeling and Sorting:
Properly label and sort incoming products for efficient storage.
* System Updates:
Accurately input receiving data into Remarcable for inventory tracking.
* Organization and Staging:
Stage received goods in designated areas, ensuring the receiving dock remains clear and organized.

* Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with purchasing, inventory, and other departments regarding incoming shipments and potential issues.
* Assist Generator group with picking and staging materials for upcoming projects
* Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to material handling and warehouse operations.
* Deliveries:
Assist with all Airport and emergency deliveries
* Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as assigned.
** Qualifications and Education Requirements
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
* Clean driving record and able to pass an MVR check.
* Must be able to pass airport security background check and able to attain and maintain a medical health card to operate a commercial vehicle with a GVWR of 10,001 lbs.
** Physical Requirements
*** This job operates in a warehouse environment and is exposed to weather conditions.
* Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) per warehouse requirements, including but not limited to, hard toe work boots, safety glasses, gloves and, high visibility vest.
* This role occasionally uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, photocopiers and fax machines.
* Employees are frequently required to sit, stand, and occasionally required to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, or crouch.
* This position may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
** Pay Range:**$52,000.00 - $60,000.00

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
