Essential Functions- Supply production departments with material from on-site and off-site warehouses.
- Maintain offsite warehouse by moving product into open areas and keeping organized.
- Conduct Quality Control inspections as directed by lead.
- Receive all non-inventory items and deliver to department ordered.
- Return items, contact customer service when product has arrived.
- Perform weekly cycle count as assigned.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, large trucks) to assist with the workload.
- Unload shipping containers as needed.
- Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored in the correct location, and organized efficiently.
- Deliver product from production floor to shipping locations throughout the day to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Return unused product from production floor to warehouse location.
- Back up shipping and samples departments.
- Successfully pass and complete H2 safety and compliance training.
- Other duties as needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Ability to work independently while acting as a proactive team member.
- Work well under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work.
- Solution provider with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work overtime hours as needed.
- May be required to take a math, number and inventory test.
- Regularly required to talk or hear, sit, stand, walk, use fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to read orders and match shipment tickets to items picked.
- Basic math and reasoning skills.
This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday – Friday 6:30 am - 4:30 pm but may vary slightly and can potentially include some Saturdays depending on season and workload.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting highly preferred.
- Experience in H2 rooms.
- 5S safety standard experience preferred.
- One year of prior warehouse experience preferred.
