This role collaborates with the Director of Construction, PMs, procurement, cost consultants, and the GC to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.
Responsibilities include assembling proformas, reviewing GMP pricing, tracking allowances, and managing pay applications, EACs, and cost controls.
