Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
Chirp is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lehi, Utah to help nature lovers get the most out of backyard bird feeding — and honestly, it's one of the more unique customer service jobs you'll find. You'll earn $21/hour working a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, no evenings, no weekends.
What You'll Do- Serve as the first point of contact for customers in-store, over the phone, via text, chat, email, and live video consultation
- Troubleshoot customer issues with patience and empathy, following through until every problem is fully resolved
- Process retail transactions, manage a cash drawer, and perform opening and closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions across multiple platforms
- Stock and merchandise products in a way that's visually appealing and easy to shop
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time
- Assist with in-store events and support inventory management and supplier orders
- Build genuine relationships with customers who share a passion for wildlife and nature
- At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience
- Comfortable navigating multiple communication channels and platforms simultaneously
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Reliable, honest, and able to handle a fast-moving customer queue with composure
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash management
- Background in e-commerce order fulfillment or shipping
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Pay & Compensation$21.00 per hour
