Head of Marketing

Overview

Lead marketing for a fast-growing SaaS startup revolutionizing compliance automation in the high-stakes security space. The role includes shaping marketing strategy, building programs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive growth. Compensation includes a base salary of $200,000–$220,000, significant equity upside, 100% paid benefits, and a PTO policy that supports work-life balance.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing playbook tailored to SaaS cybersecurity/compliance solutions
• Lead all digital marketing, demand generation, content strategy, brand development, and go-to-market initiatives
• Build and scale marketing programs to drive pipeline, customer acquisition, and brand awareness among enterprise and government-adjacent prospects
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to align marketing with business goals and growth objectives
• Oversee messaging, positioning, and campaigns that highlight the platform s automation advantages in compliance and risk management
• Measure and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights to accelerate revenue growth
• Foster a high-performance marketing function while embodying and promoting the company s innovative, supportive culture

• 5+ years of experience in digital/B2B marketing, ideally at a Director level in SaaS or tech (not currently at CMO level, but ready to step up)
• Proven startup experience, preferably in security, cybersecurity, or compliance-related fields (security preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated success building and executing a B2B marketing playbook that drives results in growth-stage environments
• Strong cultural fit with a collaborative, innovative, high-energy team that values transparency and impact
• Bachelor s Degree Or Equivalent Experience Required

• Salary $200,000 - $220,000 per year
