Full-Time Teacher Position

A to Z Building Blocks in Eagle Mountain is looking for full-time teachers who are dependable, caring, and interested in building a long-term career in early childhood education.

We are currently hiring for our Twos, Preschool, and School Age programs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team, creating positive experiences for children, and making a lasting impact in their community.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM
• Must be available for consistent weekly hours

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children throughout the day
• Support learning through play, activities, and daily routines
• Create a positive and welcoming classroom environment
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
• Communicate professionally with families and coworkers
• Follow licensing requirements and company policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous child care, preschool, daycare, or teaching experience
• Experience working with Twos, Preschool, or School Age children
• Age 21 or older preferred for school transportation and bus driving opportunities
• First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Food Handler Permit, or willingness to obtain
• Willingness to complete required child care training
