Support recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, employee relations, and payroll accuracy for a growing behavioral health team. Compensation: $18–$21 per hour
Location:
Saint George, Utah What you will do Own recruiting steps from interview coordination through onboarding and training support. Conduct background and reference checks for candidates. Complete new-hire paperwork and keep employee files current. Support credentialing and new employee enrollment. Assist with payroll processing and accurate record keeping. Support employee relations, engagement events, and day-to-day HR administration. Qualifications One to two years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
