• General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store/operation, including store sales and volume.
• Maintain quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and manage profit margin goals.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Place inventory orders and manage procurement.
• Lead employee training and lead by example.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
• Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager.

• Education:
  
  High school degree or equivalent
• 2 Year QSR experience preferred
• Other:
  Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation

• Excellent menu and product knowledge; strong personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to improve self and skill sets
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Participate in Jersey Mike's training programs
• Ability to meet scheduling requirements and be a reliable performer
