Coral Tree Hospitality's Par One Clubhouse at Sky Ridge in Park City seeks a Lead Cook to join the opening team. Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will lead kitchen production, guide junior cooks, and ensure consistent quality, presentation, and service.
You will supervise stations, train teammates on recipes and methods, monitor temperatures and waste, and coordinate with culinary leadership on events, private functions, and daily requirements to deliver memorable dining experiences.
