Overview

Prim Trees is seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve.

Position involves assisting with the complete operations of the assigned store, including merchandising, cash register operations, customer service and stock replenishment.

• Handle all sales transactions while operating the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of all cash.
• Protect company assets.
• Maintain a high level of good customer service.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, cooperative attitude with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Work in a safe manner.
• Adhere to and uphold policies and procedures.
• Assist in the merchandising of the store.
• Fully cross-trained to assist with cash register operations, customer service and stock replenishment.

• General math skills to support cash accounting.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
• High level of integrity and honesty; responsible for handling cash.

• Plexiglass guards at cash registers.
• Associates conduct health screenings two hours prior to their shift.
• Managers conduct in-store health screenings of each associate prior to shift.
• Cleaning protocols including hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies used throughout the day.
• Social distancing by maintaining at least six feet between individuals.
• Face masks and gloves for associates to wear during shifts.
