Overview

Apprentice / Business Partner

• You ll be primarily working in online sales, and after becoming proficient in that, branching into managing our social media, doing shipping, and simple office work.
• This role will be for twenty hours of work per week, five hours per day, Monday - Thursday.
• It is completely optional, but learning and working in the jewelry crafting part of the business is available to you as well.

• Must Be Able To Lift Up To 75lbs For When We Move Inventory
• Knowledge of Crystals, Minerals, and Jewelry, or Willing and able to learn about Crystals and Minerals.
• Comfortability with sales and appearing on camera.
• Familiarity with social media.
• Able to concentrate on a task for several hours at a time.
• If you want to be a part of making some of the jewelry we offer, you will need to be very good at delicate, fine detail work with your hands.

• Starting pay is $18-$30 based on experience and sales numbers over the first month.
• Pay raise is based on performance and time in.
