Responsibilities
  • Conduct inbound telesales to small-to-medium business customers for Comcast services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by generating revenue from inbound calls
  • Utilize product knowledge to promote bundled services and articulate benefits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience while managing customer relationships from initial contact to resolution
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to manage a longer sales cycle and demonstrate strong product knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Excel and CRM pipeline management strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mobile sales or telecommunications
  • Familiarity with fiber and advanced voice services
  • Proven track record of high close ratios and meeting sales quotas
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing environments
  • Strong organizational skills and integrity
