As a Unarmed Perimeter Security Officer in Eagle Mountain, UT
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic jobsite location, complete routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and promptly report unusual activity. You will greet employees and visitors with strong customer service, communicate clearly with site contacts, and support a caring, people-first culture through teamwork, reliability, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and escalating concerns per site protocol.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including interior areas and the perimeter, to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and site activity, verify credentials, and direct visitors, vendors, and deliveries according to posted requirements and/or management instructions.
- Complete routine reports and logs, communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and report maintenance hazards and/or unsecured conditions for follow-up.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
