Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns according to site procedures;
Monitor assigned areas and remain visible to deter security-related incidents;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate information to supervisors and/or local responders as needed;
Provide security-related procedures and maintain site-specific policies during shifts
