• Supervise and lead electricians and apprentices on residential and commercial job sites.
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks based on project schedules and crew skill levels.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and building plans.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with the latest electrical code, local regulations, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform layout, installation, troubleshooting, and testing of electrical systems when needed.
• Order, receive, and manage materials, tools, and equipment to minimize delays and waste.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
• Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and journeyman electricians.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and code compliance before inspections.
• Maintain accurate daily job logs, time records, progress reports, and change orders.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Schedule inspections and ensure all required permits and documentation are completed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Current Journeyman Electrician license
• 5+ years of electrical installation experience with previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Experience using construction management software (such as Jobber or similar) is a plus
