Traveling Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Traveling Senior Project Manager for a resort construction project in Eagle Pass, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role for the next two years, so the right candidate must be willing to live and work in Eagle Pass for the duration of the project. While this assignment is in Eagle Pass, you’ll be joining a team with offices across Texas, Florida, and Mississippi - so you’ll have the support of a broad network no matter where your projects take you.

• Lead the construction of a resort in Eagle Pass, managing the project from planning through final delivery.
• Supervise subcontractors, engineers, and on-site teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Solve challenges proactively and keep the project on track.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, maintaining trust and accountability.

• A senior-level construction professional with strong work history
• Comfortable being on-site in Eagle Pass for the next two years.
• Organized, decisive, and able to lead and manage teams effectively.
