Ancira Eagle Pass Ford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is hiring a friendly, professional Director of First Impressions to serve as the welcoming voice and face of our dealership. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive first impression for customers, guests, and callers.

• Answer multi‑line phone systems professionally, with a warm and friendly tone
• Listen attentively to callers’ needs and provide prompt, thoughtful assistance
• Greet all guests and visitors courteously and direct them appropriately
• Maintain a polished, welcoming, and professional presence at all times
• Assist with various administrative and front‑desk support tasks as needed

• Previous receptionist, front‑desk, or customer‑facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
