Physician coverage: 7a7p and 7p7a
Additional NP coverage: 11a11p
Temporary privileges available
Estimated privileging timeframe: 120 days
$1M/$3M malpractice coverage
Supported by specialties including OBGYN, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Cardiology, and Family Medicine
Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited residency in:
Emergency Medicine preferred
Family Medicine
Internal Medicine
Must be currently practicing in an Emergency Department
Emergency Medicine experience required
Active, unrestricted Texas medical license
Active DEA registration with a Texas address
DEA must include Schedules II, IIN, III, IIIN, IV, and V
DEA must be fee-paid; fee-exempt registrations are not accepted
Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
Emergency Medicine board certification preferred
Current certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross:
ACLS
ATLS
PALS
NRP
Providers will need to submit:
State medical license
DEA certificate
Board certification, if applicable
Residency completion documentation
Drivers license/photo
Case logs from the past 24 months
CME documentation from the past 2 years
