We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide essential care and support to patients in hospice settings, ensuring their comfort and dignity during their end‑of‑life journey. Your work will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals and families to deliver high‑quality patient service in a compassionate environment.

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Help in administering medications as directed by the healthcare team.
• Uphold HIPAA regulations by maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state regulations.
• Experience in caregiving within hospice, nursing home, or assisted living environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and empathy towards patients needs.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
