Speech Language Pathologist
Performs speech therapy evaluation and treatment in both outpatient and acute inpatient settings. Perform speech therapy assessment, once physician's orders are received. Provide written evaluation and plan of care to the physician. Reassess patient monthly to update plan of care. Supervision of speech therapy assistant and other support staff. Must continuously improve SLP knowledge & skill.
