Position Summary
Staff Occupational Therapist (OTR) is responsible for evaluation/assessment, treatment, education, planning, utilization of exercises including administering occupational therapy modalities, treatment, and rehabilitative procedures for individuals limited by physical injury or illness, a dysfunctional condition, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, a developmental or learning disability whether due to trauma, illness, or condition present e travel may be required in the provision of services between facilities and job functions.

Required to travel as needed
Education / LicensureLicensure in the State of Texas as Occupational Therapist
Graduate of an accredited Degree program in Occupational Therapy.
Clinical Experience PreferredMust have and maintain current BLS certification, according to unit specific needs. Certification must be in accordance with the curriculum of the AHA, for Healthcare Provider’s Program.
