We are seeking a dedicated receptionist/legal secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in law office procedures and possess strong administrative skills. This role involves managing and coordinating cases, client communication, and will serve as a receptionist for the office by greeting visitors on the phone or in person and directing them appropriately.

Minimum 1 year experience in personal injury law

Must speak Spanish. Position is in person only.

• Manage incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, provide case status updates to current clients
• Conduct data entry and maintain case files
• Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information
• Support team with personal injury cases
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy
• Conduct legal research as needed

• Prior experience in a personal injury law office setting
• Proficient in data entry and writing skills
• Ability to conduct client interviews effectively
• Familiarity with personal injury
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Spanish
