Sarita’s Tortilla Factory Inc is a leading producer of premium tortillas, committed to delivering excellence in taste and quality. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Production Line Operators at our state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure efficient and seamless manufacturing of tortilla products.
  • Perform routine quality checks on products to maintain high standards and identify any deviations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety guidelines to create a secure working environment.
  • Troubleshoot and address minor issues with machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization on the production line to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production updates and challenges.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process optimization.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on new equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Embrace a teamwork mindset to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude to understand and troubleshoot machinery.
