Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse caring for acute and critically ill patients collects relevant patient health data, analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses, identifies individualized expected outcomes, develops a plan of care prescribing interventions to attain those outcomes, implements interventions, and evaluates patient progress toward expected outcomes. The nurse also collaborates with peers, other healthcare providers, patients, families, and teams to deliver patient care in a healing, humane, and caring environment.

- Maintains current RN licensure in the State of Texas.
- Current BLS required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC within six months of hire.
- Graduate of a State-approved school of professional nursing practice.
- BSN or MSN is a plus.
