Crimson Blu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Eagle Pass, TX to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule - this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.
The Gig- Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
- Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
- Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
- Use a camera pole for roof photos
- Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
- Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
- Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
- Time estimates: 0.5 working day(s) per week / 1 days per month
- Work window: 8am
- Sunset, Mon-Saturday
