Join the dedicated Flatbed fleet at HMD Trucking. With 23 years of experience in the business, we pride ourselves on our well‑maintained fleet of 500+ Peterbilt 579 trucks and a friendly, people‑centered work environment.
Pay Rates- Flatbed Solo OTR W2 – 0.65 CPM BASE + 0.05 CPM (if you’re ready to make 11K+ miles monthly) + LOAD PAY + $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus.
- Dry Van Solo OTR W2 – 0.60 CPM BASE + 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus.
- Dry Van Teams OTR W2 – 0.77 CPM + 0.05 CPM safety/productivity bonus + 0.04 CPM Hazmat/Doubles + $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus.
- Hazmat/Doubles Teams OTR W2 – 0.81 CPM + $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus + 0.05 CPM monthly bonus.
- Dry Van Solo Regional W2 – 0.65 CPM BASE + 0.4 CPM Hazmat/Doubles.
- Owner Operator OTR – 75% of Gross Load + Fuel discount program available.
- Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO.
